For tenders and public procurement
We work with institutional customers and understand what tender documentation demands: a correct specification, transparent pricing and delivery support through to commissioning.
How we work
We receive the technical specification
We review the requirements, clarify ambiguous line items and verify that the stated characteristics are achievable with the equipment on offer.
We prepare the quotation
A complete specification listing models, licences, subscriptions and delivery timelines. Pricing is transparent, with VAT calculated correctly.
We support delivery and deployment
Logistics, installation, commissioning and documentation handover. We run the project through to sign-off and commissioning.
Experience with institutional customers
We take part in procurements where documentation and timeline requirements matter as much as the equipment itself. We know which line items most often drop out of a specification during preparation — licences, subscriptions, service contracts, installation materials — and include them up front, so the customer's budget does not have to be revised once the bids are opened.
What we check in a specification
- Completeness: hardware, licences, subscriptions, service contracts and installation materials
- Correct VAT calculation and a transparent price structure
- Whether the stated characteristics are achievable with specific equipment models
- Delivery timelines accounting for the vendor's production cycle and logistics
- Warranty obligations and service support for the full declared period
